At the 2023 strawberry conference in Brædstrup (Jutland) we were present with a booth, showing many new products for season 2024. Among them Power food 3.0 and Orius Cold strain, which both will give more success in the control of thrips. It is a fact that hardly any pesticides are left on the danish market, so new possibilities are wanted.
Bumblebees in insulated hives (single, double and triple) are available for 2024 season. The pollination of strawberries are very well working and important to get more and better quality of berries.
A demonstration hive was present as well, so possible to see how a bumble bee colony look like under the normal cotton cover
